Website Northern Mosaic Network

We’re looking for Indigenous volunteers for our cultural program, facilitators to run the program either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly depending on availability- Or once if they’d like to try it out and test the waters. To run the program all they need to do is plan an art activity, something to watch, or any other activity they’d like to facilitate in our space with our resources. Looking for either a facilitator for our 19+ group, our youth under 19 group, or both.

Another volunteer opportunity is regular program facilitation (I.E Coffee dates, book club, Bi+Pan+ group) open pretty much stated like above but not Indigenous-focused. Everything the same, will run based on availability, plan an activity, for either of our age demographics or both if they’d like.

About Northern Mosaic Network:

We support 2SLGBTQIPA+ northerners and their allies in the Northwest Territories.

As an organization, the Northern Mosaic Network strives to make communities in the Northwest Territories a safer, more open, more knowledgeable place for all 2SLGBTQIPA+ people and their allies.

We are working to restructure our entire organization to de-centralize from Yellowknife and continue the work we’ve been doing in communities that we’ve been building over the last few years.

We were formerly known as the Rainbow Coalition of Yellowknife and, before that, It Gets Better Yellowknife.
